Cependant, en regardant de plus pr\u00e8s ce dispositif de remboursement, on remarque quelques conditions&nbsp;:<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\">&#8211; Il est tout d\u2019abord tr\u00e8s excluant. En effet, ce dispositif concerne uniquement les troubles anxieux\/ d\u00e9pressifs d\u2019intensit\u00e9 <strong>l\u00e9g\u00e8re \u00e0 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/strong> et exclue donc toutes les probl\u00e9matiques de type deuil, ruptures, violences familiales ou conjugales, perte d\u2019emploi, difficult\u00e9s relationnelles, traumatismes, burn-out\u2026<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\">&#8211; Le nombre de s\u00e9ances est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>12 s\u00e9ances maximum<\/strong>, alors qu\u2019un travail engag\u00e9 entre un psychologue et son patient se d\u00e9termine ensemble et sans limite de temps impos\u00e9e.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\">&#8211; L\u2019obtention d\u2019une ordonnance par le m\u00e9decin traitant oblige le patient <strong>\u00e0 se justifier<\/strong> de sa demande d\u2019aide et <strong>exposer son intimit\u00e9<\/strong>, alors que l\u2019acc\u00e8s au psychologue a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>libre et confidentiel<\/strong> pour quiconque souhaite un RDV.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\">&#8211; Pour finir, instaurer des s\u00e9ances de psychoth\u00e9rapie sous ordonnance n\u00e9cessiterait que le psychologue fasse <strong>un \u00e9tat des lieux r\u00e9gulier au m\u00e9decin traitant<\/strong> de ce qu\u2019il travaille en th\u00e9rapie avec son patient afin de motiver un renouvellement d\u2019ordonnance si besoin (QUID de la <strong>confidentialit\u00e9<\/strong>, du <strong>secret professionnel<\/strong> et de l\u2019intimit\u00e9 des patients ?).<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\">Les psychologues sont favorables au remboursement des s\u00e9ances, mais pas dans ces conditions.<\/mark><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A MONTBELIARD ou en Visio Pourquoi je ne suis pas conventionn\u00e9e au dispositif \u00ab\u00a0MONPARCOURSPSY\u00a0\u00bb ?
